Day to day, you will connect customers with carrier partners, negotiate rates and coordinate freight from booking through delivery.
Serve as a key connection between customers, carriers and the Apollo team. You will build customer relationships, coordinate shipment information and help resolve the questions and changes that arise in daily freight operations. The role calls for attentive listening, organized follow-through and practical problem-solving. Your communication helps customers understand what is happening with their freight and gives our team the details needed to provide responsive service.
Help manage vendor accounts, process payments and maintain accurate financial records for our freight operations. This role requires careful attention to invoices, supporting documentation and the details behind timely transactions. You will bring an organized approach to account information and communicate professionally when a payment or document needs clarification. Accuracy and dependable follow-through contribute directly to our relationships with carrier and vendor partners.
Provide real-time assistance to carrier partners and help address shipment questions, updates and unexpected issues. You will listen closely, gather the relevant information and work with the Apollo team to coordinate a response. Clear communication, composure and practical problem-solving are essential in a fast-moving freight environment. Your support helps connect the people involved in each shipment and keeps service a priority throughout the move.
