Effective Date: 09/05/2026
Apollo Transport Group Inc. ("Apollo," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed property broker (MC 1547026, USDOT 4071728) that arranges the transportation of freight by motor carrier. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at apollotransgroup.com (the "Site") and in the course of our brokerage operations, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site or doing business with us, you agree to the practices described here.
This Policy covers website visitors, shippers and their employees, motor carriers and their owners, dispatchers and drivers, people who contact us about employment, and anyone else who provides personal information to us.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. We collect information you submit directly, including:
Location information during active shipments. When a carrier is dispatched on a load we arrange, we may track the shipment through iDispatch or through a tracking link the carrier provides from its own electronic logging device (ELD) or telematics system. This tracking collects the location of the vehicle, and in practice the driver, while the load is in transit. Tracking is used only for the shipment it was authorized for, and we do not track drivers outside of an active load. Carriers are responsible for informing their drivers that shipment tracking is a condition of hauling loads we tender.
Information we obtain from other sources. To verify carriers and customers, we may look up information from public or industry sources, including FMCSA databases (SAFER, Licensing and Insurance, and related systems), load boards, insurance certificate verification, credit reporting services, and business registries. We use this information to confirm operating authority, insurance, safety status, identity, and creditworthiness. We do not submit your documents or personal information to load boards or carrier vetting services; we only retrieve information from them.
Information collected automatically. Our Site is hosted on the GoDaddy Websites + Marketing platform. When you visit, the platform's servers automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. See Section 4 for details on cookies.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you without human review.
3. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed to run our brokerage business and as described below. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies provided by the GoDaddy Websites + Marketing platform. These may include cookies that are necessary for the Site to function and platform analytics cookies that measure general site performance and visitor activity. We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, advertising networks, or any other third-party tracking service on the Site, and we do not permit third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across other websites through our Site.
When you first visit, a cookie notice lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Because we do not use cross-site tracking, our Site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals; declining cookies through the notice or your browser is the effective way to limit tracking on our Site.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Carrier and customer records, agreements, shipment documents, invoices, and payment records are kept for the periods required by FMCSA regulations, federal and state tax law, and our agreements, and for as long as reasonably necessary to defend or pursue claims. Contact form inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for a limited time and then deleted. Shipment tracking data is kept with the shipment record it relates to.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, secure hosting, and secure email. Uploaded onboarding documents are transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at the address in Section 12. We will notify affected individuals of a data breach as required by applicable law, including Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
7. Your Choices
8. Your Privacy Rights Under State Law
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others. These rights may include the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or its sharing for targeted advertising. Many of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size or revenue thresholds, and several exempt information collected in a business-to-business context or from employees and job applicants. We will honor requests as required by the law that applies to you.
No sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. Because we do not sell personal information, we do not offer a separate "Do Not Sell" opt-out; the commitment in this Policy is the opt-out.

To protect your information, we will verify your identity before responding. For requests about a business account, we may require the request to come from an authorized representative of that business. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, we will explain why, and you may ask us to reconsider.
Categories of information. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1, for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them for business purposes to the categories of recipients in Section 3. If you are located in Canada, we handle your personal information in accordance with this Policy and, where it applies, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Information we collect from you will be stored and processed in the United States. You may contact us to access or correct your information or to ask questions about our handling of it.
11. Children
Our Site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to third-party websites, including FMCSA, carrier tracking pages, and service providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Policy on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide additional notice, such as by email to the affected customers or carriers. Your continued use of the Site or our services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
